The Nebraska women’s basketball team lost to 9th-ranked Maryland last night at Pinnacle Bank Arena, 81-63. The loss snapped the Husker’s five-game home winning streak and drops them to 7-8 on the season and 2-2 in the Big Ten. The Huskers will host conference co-leader Rutgers this Sunday. The Scarlet Knights are receiving votes in both national polls and are 3-0 in Big Ten play. Tip time between Nebraska and Rutgers is set for Sunday afternoon at 2:00.
