A light direct cash cattle trade is being reported. Deals in the South are at $121 and $120 live. Bids are at $196 dressed. Asking prices are around $122 to $124 live in the South and $200 to $205 dressed in the North. There was a very light, scattered trade that took place in parts of the South late on Wednesday with deals at mostly $121, which was $.50 to $1 higher than the prior week’s weighted averages.
