Storm Announce Preseason Schedule

KEARNEY – The Tri-City Storm has announced the organization’s exhibition schedule ahead of the 2023-2024 USHL Regular Season. The Storm will play five preseason contests prior to opening the sixty-two-game regular season campaign at the 2023 DICK’S Sporting Goods USHL Fall Classic at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, September 20^th in a showdown against the reigning Clark Cup Champion Youngstown Phantoms.

The Storm will compete in three preseason games at Liberty First Credit Union Arena in an exhibition showcase hosted by the Omaha Lancers on Friday, September 8^th, Saturday, September 9^th, and Sunday, September 10^th. Tri-City will battle the Sioux Falls Stampede at 1:30pm CT in the team’s opening game of the event on Friday, September 8^th. The Storm will play the Waterloo Black Hawks at 4:00pm CT on Saturday, September 9^th, before closing out the Lancers Bowl preseason event at 12:00pm CT on Sunday, September 10^th in a game against the defending Anderson Cup Champion Fargo Force.

Tri-City will conclude exhibition play with a pair of games against the Omaha Lancers on Wednesday, September 13^th, and Saturday, September 16^th. The Storm’s game against the Lancers on Wednesday, September 13^th will be played at Liberty First Credit Union Arena, and will begin at 7:05pm CT. Tri-City will close out the five-game exhibition schedule with a battle against Omaha at the Viaero Center on Saturday, September 16^th at 6:05pm CT. New this season, all Saturday games at the Viaero Center will begin at 6:05pm CT.

Single game tickets for the 24^th season in organizational history will go on sale tomorrow. Season Tickets for the 2023-2024 season are currently available and may be purchased by contacting a member of the Storm Sales Team. Season Ticket Holders will receive free tickets for the Storm’s home preseason game against the Lancers on Saturday, September 16^th. The tickets will be available for Season Ticket Holders on the night of the game. Ticket prices for the home preseason game in Kearney are $10 for Adult, and $8 for Kids in all areas of the venue except for glass. First Row Glass Seats will cost $15 for Adults, and $10 for Kids for the preseason game.
