Andrew Mihm - Program Director and Morning Show Co-Host

Not much to say. I'm homegrown, born in Grand Island at the old Lutheran Hospital. I grew up on west 10th Street and attended Howard Elementary school and then Walnut Jr. High (when it was still called Jr. High). My family moved to St. Paul where I attended high school and graduated at the top of my... no wait... that didn't happen; but I did graduate!

My college career began in 2000 at Platte Campus where I initially majored in music performance and education. It required mastering piano - and that wasn't going to happen! But - I could push play on a cd player! So... I transferred to Hastings Central Community College to begin my broadcasting career at 88.1 KCNT "The Kraze!" And after getting out of a (very large) speeding ticket by playing a State Trooper's song request - I knew I picked the right career! From there I've had stops in Columbus, Grand Island, North Platte, Ord and now Kearney; even dabbled in a little TV.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, riding my vintage motorcycle and playing my collection of guitars.

My fondest radio memory so far - flying in a WWII fighter plane. Though, I did just meet Miss America! What can I say - the perks are nice!
