KEARNEY, Neb. – (KGFW) A Kearney man was arrested Wednesday night for driving under the influence (DUI) while a child was in the vehicle.
31-year-old Isaiah Walsh was pulled over by Kearney Police around 8:50pm Wednesday. Vehicle search discovered marijuana in Walsh’s possession and driving with an open container.
Walsh was given his 3rd DUI offense and was apprehended on multiple charges including transport child while intoxicated.
He is currently lodged in the Buffalo County Jail.
