KGFW Sports – Big Ten and Bo, High School Update

By News Oct 12, 2020 | 7:05 AM

Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff show will be live from the Horseshoe the morning of Nebraska’s opener at Ohio State. The Buckeyes are the odds-on favorite to win the Big Ten and potentially advance to the College Football Playoff. The Huskers and Buckeyes will kickoff a week from this Saturday at 11:00.

It was a rough day for the LSU defense and coordinator Bo Pelini Saturday. The defending National Champions fell to 1-2 on the season after losing at Missouri 45-41. Including the 45 point put up by Missouri, LSU has allowed more points through 3 games (96) than any other season in program history. Pelini was hired by LSU this offseason after spending 2015-19 as the head coach of Youngstown State.

After missing a week of practice due to COVID-19, the Hastings College football team was blanked by Midland 43-0 in Fremont Saturday. The Broncos have a bye this week before hosting Briar Cliff Saturday Oct. 24th with kick-off set for 1:00 at Lloyd Wilson Field
